Example of Booking Process
What do you have to do to make your reservation? Here is the information on how to proceed with your booking. The booking process below is just a step-by-step example of how to book a room on these dates for the next academic year. The information contained in your contract supersedes any information contained in this process.
Visit our website where you can see all the residences we have, so you can choose the one that is ideal for you. Then you can book on the GreenLTS page of the residence you are interested in. Pay the registration fee and the deposit.
The contract will be generated and you will have to download it from the GreenLTS website. Sign the contract and send it. The residence will be responsible for uploading the contract and will check all the documentation to ensure that the booking has been made correctly.
In July, the residence will ask for the signed contract in case you have not yet uploaded it. They will also ask for the payments of the first monthly instalments (Xior Campus UEM has a different policy. Please contact their staff to clarify any doubts).
In August, the residence will ask you to pay the first monthly payment if you have not yet done so. And finally, in September you will be able to Check-in.

Cancellation fees
|
You may cancel the contract 45 days or more in advance with the penalty of the registration fee.
The deposit and other payments made will be refunded. |
You may cancel the contract between 44 days and 30 days in advance with the penalty of the registration fee and the deposit. Other payments deposited will be refunded. |
You may cancel the contract between 29 days and 1 day in advance with the penalty of the registration fee, the deposit and the first monthly payment.
Other payments deposited will be refunded. |
Once the contract has begun, we will charge the full amount.
