¿When is reception open?
We have at your disposal, 24-hour reception.
In contrast to the reception, the terrace has a closed schedule, from 9.00 to 23.00 hours and dining room from 7.00 to 22.00.
If I get sick, what should I do?
In Xior we do not have a resident doctor and we can’t provide you with any medication.
Finally, if you have an illness or intolerance, we would need you to give us that information to be able to help and inform the dining room so that you don’t eat anything that you shouldn’t.
What happens if I lose my room key?
You will have a personal and non-transferable key. If you lose it, we can make you a copy for €20, you can pay at reception, or if you prefer, may be deducted from the security deposit.
Can anyone sleep in my room?
Sorry, but in Hubr Xior it is not possible that someone stays overnight in the rooms.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is only allowed in authorized places.
Can I receive visits?
Of course. We have a schedule of visits from 10.00 to 23.00. When you have a visit, they must register at the front desk when arrive and tell us when they leave.
I am going to travel and will not be for a few days in residence, should I warn?
In this case, we appreciate that you let us know to be aware.
I have to cancel the place, how do do it?
To cancel the accommodation you must send an email to Administration. They will inform you which are the next steps to follow. You must notify one month before leaving. Leaving means the loss of the room deposit (€ 1,000) and a penalty of up to 3 months.
You cannot bring your pet.
Do I have internet?
Of course, you have WIFI in the entire building, including the terrace, and internet cable at several points in the public areas and rooms.
Can I choose the person with whom to share the double room?
Of course, but we must remember that, even if the residence is mixed, the rooms no.
