Xior Granada is our brand new, modern student accommodation scheme in the historic city of Granada in Southern Spain.
The vast 5-acre site is ideally located right next to the University of Granada’s Cartuja Campus and is less than a five-minute walk to the main entrance. Granada University student apartments are available at Xior Student Housing at the best price.
Xior Granada is also a very short walk to the city centre and is a superb, new student scheme for students living and studying in Granada.
This student residence in Granada consists of brand-new, modern facilities and consists of 354 bedrooms all with modern ensuite bathrooms.
There is a mix of studio rooms, single rooms, student apartments, twodios with shared kitchenettes, and a variety of room types to suit different tastes and budgets.
