The 2-hectare complex is ideally located on the La Cartuja Campus of the University of Granada, less than five minutes from the main faculties.
It is also very close to the city centre and is an excellent choice for students who want to live, study or work in Granada.
The booking process is very easy! We offer different types of contracts depending on your stay:
Academic year: from September to June (10 months).
Semester (4 to 9 months)
Monthly (does not have to coincide with the calendar month).

The amount you will have to pay for your booking to be confirmed and guaranteed is 925€ (125€ corresponds to the registration fee and 800€ to the deposit)
You can book with us even if you are still waiting to find out whether or not you have got into the University of Granada. If you don’t get a place, you will have to send us an email with the proof of non-admission from the university and the deposit will be refunded in full. You have until 31 July.
The city centre is about 20 minutes on foot. There is also the possibility of going by bus, the bus stop is next to the residence hall and there are four bus lines.
The Albaicín district is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also the possibility of going by public transport.
Yes, you have your wifi network in your room where you can connect up to 5 devices.
Of course, all packages are received at the reception, where we have a room specifically for storing them. Once they have been received, we will notify the residents so that they may pick them up.
There are many common areas where you will be able to meet other residents. Furthermore, we have a wide-ranging programme of activities with which we organise several activities throughout the course for this purpose.
Pets are not allowed
Yes, it is prepared daily in our kitchens. In addition, the menus are varied and prepared weekly.
No, half-board or full-board is a complementary service. However, we have two types of rooms, the individual room and the individual room with a shared kitchen in which it is compulsory to contract half board.
Yes, bed linen and towels are changed and washed once a week.
Of course, your visitors can use all the common areas with you. Regular visitors are allowed from 08:00 to 00:00
The room is equipped with furniture for living and studying. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, internet access, weekly cleaning of the room, and changing towels and sheets. It also includes access to all common areas and the use of all available equipment.

You will be able to find a Mercadona less than 7 minute’s walk from the residence hall.
Of course, if you share a studio you can tell us who you want to share it with and we will manage both bookings and assign you the same room.
However, if you do not have a roommate, we will assign you a person with whom you will share a room. We try to assign you a person who matches you, either because you study the same subject, you are of the same age or you come from the same place.
Yes, the reception staff and/or janitors are on duty from Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day, covering all the time in the residence. In addition, the building is fully monitored by CCTV cameras.
Building H is the “main” building and has a reception, hall, dining room, recreation room, library and laundry.
Building C is right next dorr and has a gymnasium, two study rooms and laundry facilities.
The difference in the price of accommodation between the two is based on the services that the H building has.
No, there are no time restrictions in any case for residents, they may enter and leave with their card whenever they wish.
In the Cartuja campus, where we are located, there are the following:
