At the Xior student residence in Seville, all rooms are designed to make you feel at home. They come with a private bathroom and a small office where you’ll have your own fridge and microwave, as well as comfortable, modern, and functional equipment.
We have different types of rooms, including double rooms with shared bathrooms, various types of single rooms, and adapted rooms.
We have a new area in Xior Sevilla available from September 2024 for the whole residence: a shared kitchen.

This student accommodation in Seville offers a half board service (breakfast and lunch or dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The choice of half board has an additional cost of 255€. Full board is 346€.
In our restaurant you will find varied, healthy and appetising menus, prepared with fresh ingredients. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any kind of allergy or intolerance, let us know and we will adapt to you. In addition, we will prepare food to take away on days when you cannot come to the residence hall at lunchtime.
We have a restaurant service, within the student residence itself, with healthy, balanced and high-quality menus.
If you are vegan, vegetarian or if you have any type of allergy or intolerance, please let us know and we will offer you a special meal plan. Also, a take away food service is offered on those days when you can not make it to the student residence for lunchtime.
In September 2024, we will also open a shared kitchen so that all our residents can also cook their own food.
