Xior Sevilla residence can accommodate all kinds of students, teachers, researchers, congressmen and anyone who comes for academic reasons can also stay with us!
When booking you can choose the type of room you prefer, but we assure you that you will be assigned the room of the category you have chosen and it will be similar to the photo that appears on the website. You can choose your roommate if you know your roommate or give us your preferences when choosing a roommate.
We are very well located, as the Reina Mercedes Campus is a 10-minute walk from the residence hall, and as we are on the main avenue of Seville, we have several buses stops around the residence hall, so you can go anywhere in a short time.
To cancel your booking, please email sevilla@xior.es with your reasons for cancellation. The deposit will only be refunded if you don’t get a place in Seville and it is communicated before July 31st.
If you decide to keep your place until the 15th of August you will lose the deposit, and if you decide to wait until the beginning of September you will also have to pay the first month’s fees and you will lose the registration fee and the deposit.
It includes access to all the common areas like the gymnasium, swimming pool, solarium, study rooms and TV room. We also clean your room and change your sheets and towels once a week. No need to do the maths! Water, electricity and internet charges are also included in your monthly fee.
Smoking is only permitted in certain outdoor areas of the building and only in areas kept clean by the use of ashtrays.
Of course! You only have to indicate the address and your name to pick it up 24 hours a day and leave proof that you have picked up your package.
We offer different types of contracts depending on your stay:
- Academic year: September to June (10 months).
- First semester: September to January (5 months)
- Second semester: from February to June (5 months).
- Every month does not have to coincide with the calendar month.

The booking process is super easy! You only have to click on the Book Now button below and you will be redirected to the reservations section where you will see all the rooms we offer you, and there you will start the booking process, you have to fill in the requested data once the payments are completed, you will have your booking confirmed with us! For any questions, you can contact us by mail or by phone.
Of course! At the residence, we try from the very beginning to get to know all the residents, both new and renewing residents, so we usually do activities among ourselves so that we all get to know each other, and we take advantage of our garden to have snacks and parties, so it’s impossible not to meet people!
The amount you will need to pay to complete your booking will be the first and last monthly payment of the contract and the deposit.
Car parking costs €30 per month and motorbike parking costs €15 per month.
The personal laundry service in our laundry costs 3,00€ per wash and 2,00€ per dryer.

No, our residents have no curfew and can arrive whenever they wish.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need to live and study! The rent includes water, electricity, high-speed wifi and wired internet in your room, weekly cleaning of the room with a change of sheets and towels, and access to all common areas (gym, swimming pool, solarium, study rooms, TV room,…).
If you are waiting to find out if you have got in or not, you can book with us while you are waiting to get in or not.
If you don’t get a place in Seville, you will have to send us by post the university receipt and the deposit will be refunded in full. You have until the 31st of July.
You can pay by credit card or choose to pay by direct debit. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, it is only accepted for full annual payment.
Payment is made every monthly, between the 25th of the previous month and the 3rd of the following month.
It depends on each Xior residence, Xior Sevilla has a gym, swimming pool, solarium, terraces, study rooms, TV room, laundry and parking.
Pets are not allowed.
