The main differences between the categories of rooms that you can find at Xior Málaga Teatinos are the views and the orientation. The standard rooms are east facing, the standard plus rooms are south facing and the superior rooms are west-facing.
No, half board or full board is a complementary service that you can use or not, but it is not compulsory.
Ciudad de la Justicia stop is 3 minutes by walking from the residence (bus and metro stop).
There is no time limit for access to the residence hall. You will feel safe as our security service will be at reception at all times but as a resident you will be able to come and go as you need to.
Yes, the internet supply (Wifi and cable included) is included in our tariffs.
Less than 3 minutes by walking. Our residence is placed on the middle of the Teatinos UMA campus, so you will not need any transport to go to the University.
We work with tickets (they must be used through our restaurant app). You will have two main categories of tickets, breakfast (can be used as snacks and breakfasts) and lunch (can be used for lunch or dinner). Come to the restaurant during opening hours and use our premium canteen service without prior notice. Organise your meal offer for the month with our flexible
flexible restaurant service. The only condition is that you use the tickets during the current month.
To formalise the reservation you must pay 150€ as a registration fee (refunded with the first monthly payment) and 750€ as a deposit in the same payment.
All our rooms are completely exterior and bright. You can choose between views of the restaurant, the city and the sea, the campus and the park.
The size of the rooms depends on the category.
Standard category rooms are between 8m2 and 9m2; standard plus rooms are between 9m2 and 10m2; superior rooms are between 10m2 and 11m2 and deluxe rooms are 14m2.
The double room is about 17m2.
The minimum stay for a full course is 10 months and you can extend it as long as you need it as long as there is availability and you let us know before the end of your contract.
Our residence is open 365 days a year.

The basic rate includes internet -Wifi and cable-, electricity, water, air conditioning and heating; weekly cleaning of the room, bathroom, towels and bed linen, access to all common areas…). Board and cleaning of personal linen are additional services.
In the restaurant, you can choose between half board or full board. A laundry, where you can clean your clothes. Parking for cars and motorbikes can also be added to your stay.
Yes, the neighbourhood of Teatinos in Malaga is one of the newest and safest and is full of local student residents.
Yes, we offer a premium catering service, where all food is pre-cooked in our kitchen by our own chefs.
The cancellation policy can be found in the booking section. Depending on the date or reason for cancellation, you will be penalised in different ways (e.g. visa refusal or denial of access to the course centre).
Yes! Also bed linen and towels cleaning is included once a week.
Sure! Your visits will be able to use all common areas with you. Regular visits are allowed from 07:00 until 23:00.

Yes, reception and/or security staff are on duty 24/7 covering all times in the residence. In addition, the building is fully monitored by CCTV cameras.
Yes. About 10 minutes by walking from the residence you will find Colonia Santa Inés hospital where you can have your general doctor. Also, if you have any urgency, about 15 minutes by walking you will find the Virgen de la Victoria’s hospital which is the biggest of the city.
