The main difference between the room categories that you can find on Xior Málaga Teatinos are the views and the height (floor) where the room is placed. Standard plus rooms (ground floors) and Superior rooms (top floors) have the better views of the residence. In addition to the better views, Premium and Deluxe categories have a bit better size than the others.
No. Half or full board is a complementary service that you can use or not, but it is not mandatory.
Ciudad de la Justicia stop is 3 minutes by walking from the residence (bus and metro stop).
No! You will feel safe as our security service will be all time at reception but as a resident you can enter and leave whenever you need.

Less than 3 minutes by walking. Our residence is placed on the middle of the Teatinos UMA campus, so you will not need any transport to go to the University.
We do work with tickets (will have to be used by the app of our restaurant). You will have two main ticket categories, breakfast (can be used as snacks and breakfasts) and meal (can be used at lunch or dinner). Come to the restaurant during our schedule and use without warning our premium cantine service. Organize your meal deal for the month with our flexible restaurant service. The only condition is that you have to use the tickets during the current month.
125€ as enrollment and 800€ as a deposit have to be paid to formalize your booking in our residence in the same payment. Don’t miss out your room!
All our rooms are completely exterior and fully luminous. You can choose Restaurant, Ocean, Campus and Park views.
The standard size of the rooms is about 8m2 but, Superior, Premium or Deluxe rooms can reach 12m2.
The minimum stay starts at 10 months and you can extend it until you need (as our residence is 24/7 open) by 12 months contracts.
Basic rate includes almost everything (super fast Internet -WiFi and cable-, electricity, water, A/C; room, bathroom, towels and bed linen weekly cleaning, free access to every common area…). The board and personal cloth cleaning are additional services.
Restaurant, half board or full board can be chosen. Laundry room, where you will be able to clean your own cloth. Car and moto parking can be also added to your stay.

Yes! We offer a Premium restaurant service, where every food is previously cooked on our kitchen by our own cookers.
Enrollment payment is non-refundable. The amount of the deposit will be returned back to you if you cancel 45 days (or 31 days if you justify that you did not entered in the University of Málaga or any study centre on the city) before contract starts.
Yes! Also bed linen and towels cleaning is included once a week.
Sure! Your visits will be able to use all common areas with you. Regular visits are allowed from 07:00 until 23:00.

Yes! Reception or/and security staff are 24/7 covering all time at the residence. Even that, the building is completely fully monitored by CCTV cameras.
Yes. About 10 minutes by walking from the residence you will find Colonia Santa Inés hospital where you can have your general doctor. Also, if you have any urgency, about 15 minutes by walking you will find the Virgen de la Victoria’s hospital which is the biggest of the city.
