Our rooms are designed to accommodate university students, teachers, researchers, young professionals, and others who, for professional reasons are connected to the academic world, can also book a bedroom at our accommodations.
Our contract has a duration of 10 months ( from the 1st of September 2023 until the 30th of June 2024)

The room is equipped with furniture to live and study. The rent includes all expenses with electricity, water, and gas, internet access, as well as weekly cleaning and change of towels ad sheets. It also includes access to all common areas, and the use of all equipment available in those areas.
The rooms are rented according to categories and allocated as bookings are made. We guarantee that the room allocated will be from the category chosen.
The booking process is very quick and simple!
Click on the “Book Now” button, select the residence and room you wish to book as well as the length of your stay. Then, confirm the booking, fill in all your personal details and follow all the steps to confirm the reservation. Once you’ve paid the deposit and the registration fee and signed the documents your booking is confirmed.
Once you have paid the registration fee and deposit, you have 10 days to complete all the requested documents. You can find them by accessing to the extranet with user and password shown in the booking confirmation email.
Our residence is 25 minutes away from the UNIZAR in public transport and 15 minutes by car.
Yes, they have to sign in at the entrance and they can at the residence until 11pm.
In our residence there is an international environment, and the tenants are coming from all over the world.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday for breakfast (7 am-10 am) lunch (1 pm- 4 pm) and dinner (8 pm-10 pm).
During Christmas and Easter, the restaurant is closed.
The residence is open all-year-round.
Yes, you can.
Half Board: Breakfast and you can choose between lunch and dinner.
Full Board: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Only 2 changes are allowed during the academic year.
No, we provide them and give you cleaned ones once a week.

Of course. We have visiting hours from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. When you have visitors, they must check in at reception on arrival and let us know when they leave. They can use the common facilities only if they are with you in the residence.
In this case, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can keep up to date.
In the accommodation contract, you will find a section clarifying this problem.
We advise you to bring: first aid kit, clothes hangers (we will provide you with 4), personal hygiene products…And the desire to study and spend an unforgettable year!
Bed linen and towels will be provided by us and will be washed once a week. Ironing facilities are available in the laundry room.
No, pets are not allowed.
You will have a corkboard above the bed in the room where you can stick anything you want. Please do not use glue or tape to stick things up, as they damage the wall and may affect your deposit if we see any damage on your departure. We advise you to use adhesive putty that does not leave any residue.
