No. Half or full board is a complementary service that you can use or not, but it is not mandatory.
Ps: Twodio and Single Room (ensuite) are characterized by a compulsory minimum of Half Board (with the possibility of choosing also Full Board)
The bus stop is 3 min walking distance but underground is around 10 min walking distance.
No! You will feel safe as our security service will be all time at reception but as a resident you can enter and leave whenever you need.

Our restaurant works in base at the board contracted by the student. They can either contract none, half board (choosing from breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner) or full board. According to those contracts, our canteen has a daily list wit all the clients which they check as the residents go to the canteen per service.
225€ as enrollment and 750€ as a deposit have to be paid to formalize your booking in our residence in the same payment. Don’t miss out your room!
We do not let them choose but just show preferences upon availability. However, our views are either to the main streets or to the pool.
Single rooms are from 13m2.
Our contract type is for a maximum of 10 months.
Basic rate includes almost everything (super fast Internet -WiFi and cable-, electricity, water, A/C; room, bathroom, towels and bed linen biweekly cleaning, free access to every common area…). The board and personal cloth cleaning are additional services.
Restaurant, half board or full board can be chosen. Laundry room, where you will be able to clean your own cloth. Car and moto parking can be also added to your stay. Additionally, if they choose, they have the option of adding an extra room cleaning, at an additional cost.

Yes! We offer a Premium restaurant service, where every food is previously cooked on our kitchen by our own cookers.
The cancellation policy for new bookings works as follows:
- Until July 31st, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Until August 15th, a cancellation fee plus the deposit will be charged.
Yes! Also bed linen and towels cleaning is included once each two weeks.
Sure! Your visits will be able to use all common areas with you. Regular visits are allowed from 07:00 until 23:00.

Yes! Reception or/and security staff are 24/7 covering all time at the residence. Even that, the building is completely fully monitored by CCTV cameras.
Yes. About 10 minutes by walking from the residence you will find Colonia Santa Inés Health Centre where you can have your general doctor. Also, if you have any urgency, about 15 minutes by walking you will find the Virgen de la Victoria’s hospital which is the biggest of the city.
