Get to know our residence
Xior Málaga Atalaya is our new student residence in Malaga, right in the Teatinos neighbourhood. Just a 15-minute walk from most of the faculties of the Teatinos Campus of Universidad de Málaga and a few meter from the Universidade Europea de Malaga. It is also surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The residence is perfect for students who want to be close to the city centre and the beach.
Xior Málaga Atalaya also offers common areas with a modern design, making the residence an ideal place for national and international students to socialise during their stay in Málaga. At the residence, you will find study rooms, a gym, a cinema, a dining room and a large terrace. It also has a swimming pool and large garden areas.
The staff at the residence are available at all times for anything you need and will be happy to tell you all about Málaga. There will also be a lot of events in the residence, which will make it easier for you to make new friends.
