Xior Málaga Atalaya is our new student residence in Malaga, right in the Teatinos neighbourhood. Just a 15-minute walk from most of the faculties of the Teatinos Campus of Universidad de Málaga. It is also surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The residence is perfect for students who want to be close to the city centre and the beach.
Xior Málaga Atalaya also offers common areas with a modern design, making the residence an ideal place for national and international students to socialise during their stay in Málaga. At the residence, you will find study rooms, a gym, a cinema, a dining room and a large terrace. It also has a swimming pool and large garden areas.
The staff at the residence are available at all times for anything you need and will be happy to tell you all about Málaga. There will also be a lot of events in the residence, which will make it easier for you to make new friends.

All the rooms are fully furnished and equipped, have air conditioning, private bathrooms, 100Mb Wi-Fi and all cleaning services, linen and expenses included. Discover which type of room you want.
The residence has a modern design and consists of 229 rooms, all with their own bathroom. From single rooms with bathrooms to studios or single rooms with shared kitchens, you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
There is a space dedicated to every aspect of your stay. Spaces for group work and leisure rooms to recharge your batteries. You can also enjoy the outdoor sports courts and the swimming pool! We have everything you need to study at your own pace.
