These are some of the plans we have for you:
Enjoy the parks and gardens
Madrid is known for its wide green spaces and beautiful gardens. In spring, the parks are full of flowers and the days are longer and warmer, making them the perfect place to spend an afternoon picnic or just relax.
Some of Madrid’s most popular parks include Retiro Park, Parque del Oeste and Casa de Campo.
In addition, many of these parks offer outdoor activities such as bike rentals, boat rides or live concerts, a great plan if you have nothing to do inside the Xior Madrid Retiro student residence. Going for a walk in the Retiro Park is wonderful because it’s only a 10-minute walk away!
Visit the open-air markets
At this time of the year, many open-air markets open their doors in Madrid. These markets offer a wide variety of local products, from fresh fruits and vegetables to handicrafts and vintage clothing.
Some of the most popular markets are Mercado de San Miguel, Mercado de la Cebada and Mercado de San Antón. Not only will you be able to buy fresh and high quality products, but you can also enjoy a lively and relaxed atmosphere.
