Xior Campus UEM is one of the residences for students enrolled at the European University of Madrid, as well as anyone else whose stay is directly or indirectly linked to the UEM. A residence that is unlike anything you’ve seen before!
It is a student accommodation located within the University Campus, in a special and healthy environment. Bus stops with the main lines within 1 minute walking distance from Xior Campus UEM. We offer a wide variety of things to do within the Campus.

How long can you stay?
Academic Year
You can stay at Xior Campus UEM is in the European University of Madrid during the whole academic year from September to June (10 months) with full board from Monday to Sunday. If you want to continue enjoying all that Madrid has to offer in July and August, when you have more free time, don’t think twice and extend your stay with other students!

You can stay at Xior Campus UEM for one semester only. If you want to continue enjoying everything Madrid has to offer in July and August, don’t think twice and extend your stay with other students. With full board from Monday to Sunday.

What does my rent include?
The price of this student housing in Madrid Includes:
