How much does a student room cost in Malaga? What type of rooms will I find at Xior Malaga Teatinos Residence?
This student accommodation in Malaga has single and double rooms designed in such a way that that you will find yourself in them as at your own home.
All student rooms have a private bathroom and a small office in which you will have your own refrigerator and a microwave as well as comfortable, modern and functional equipment. Everything you need to focus on what’s really important: your studies and your new student life in Malaga.
The price of a student room in Malaga at XIOR MALAGA TEATINOS includes:
- Accommodation in the selected room.
- All supplies, light and electricity included.
- High speed Wi-Fi in the entire building and Internet via cable in all rooms.
- Room cleaning once the week.
- All bed linen and towels weekly change.
- Use and access to all facilities of the building.

Xior Malaga Teatinos offers a catering service where you can choose between half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
By choosing the half-board option, you will pay an additional 255€ monthly, and the full-board for only 346€.
If you are vegan, vegetarian or if you have any type of allergy or intolerance, please let us know and we will offer you a special meal plan. Also, a take away food service is offered on those days when you can not make it to the student residence for lunchtime.
